To be entitled to an exchange or refund, the mattress must not be found dirty, marked, damaged or abused when inspected by the Heveya® staff. After the inspection, a bank transfer will be processed.

How do I choose the right mattress?

The best mattress for you will depend on many factors - some of which are your overall size, weight, and sleeping posture. A common belief is that a firmer mattress is good for your back, but that is not always the case! Feel free to test out our mattresses in person and our sleep experts would be more than happy to give in person recommendations!

Is a natural latex mattress good for asthma and allergies?

Natural latex is often a good choice for people who want a cleaner sleep surface. It is also valued for being resistant to dust mites and mould, which is important for many allergy-aware buyers. Latex is considered a natural hypoallergenic solution!

Want a healthier alternative to a spring mattress for back pain in Dubai?

A natural latex mattress is the healthier alternative to a spring mattress for back discomfort: Heveya® mattresses use 100% natural organic latex with seven zone support, firmer under the hips and shoulders and softer elsewhere, so the spine stays aligned without springs pushing back. Choose firm or medium, try it in the Sleeping Studio in Al Quoz, and use the 100-day trial to change the firmness at home if needed.
