Pilates keeps Alicia grounded, cappuccinos keep her going, and great content keeps her inspired. She leads Heveya®’s global marketing with a passion for storytelling and a firm belief that sleep is at the core of everything we do. She brings energy, creativity, and a competitive streak—just don’t put her on your sports team unless you’re prepared to win.

Sara is the warm, people-focused connector behind Heveya®'s partnerships in the UAE. With a love for wellness and sustainability, she builds meaningful collaborations across hospitality, design and wellness, bringing better sleep into the spaces around us.

As a multicultural mom of two, Sara believes good rest is the foundation of a good life, which is why Heveya felt like a natural fit from the start.

Kasim is the friendly, funny face who makes every customer feel instantly at home at Heveya®. He loves getting to know people, and pairs his easy humour with a genuine drive to find customers their perfect night's sleep, always accommodating, never without a joke.

Outside of work, you'll find him enjoying good company and, without fail, good chicken.

Ellaine is passionate about creating an exceptional retail experience at Heveya®. She loves supporting organic producers and farmers, and is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and improving sleep health with natural, eco-friendly products.

Fara finds joy in being part of projects that bring people together, adding her share of creativity along the way. She’s also unofficially in charge of the team’s coffee situation, which might just be her most important role.
