They understood the spec straight away

We build frames to the millimetre, so the mattress has to be exact or the whole piece is wrong. The first time a client asked us for a bed to take a 31cm latex mattress, we called four suppliers and three of them sent us a marketing brochure. Heveya sent the actual dimensions, tolerances included, before we had committed to anything. We cut the frame, the mattress arrived, and it dropped in with two millimetres to spare on each side. That sounds like a small thing. It is not. A frame that is slightly too tight has to be rebuilt from scratch, and a frame that is slightly too loose looks cheap forever. Since then we have built more than forty frames around their mattresses, in villas across Jumeirah and Al Barari and a handful of apartments downtown. Their mattresses sit under our frames on our own showroom floor, and ours sit in theirs. When we took the pairing to Marina Mall for three months in 2025, their team turned up to help us install the stand at six in the morning, which tells you most of what you need to know about working with them. The part our clients notice is the smell, or rather the absence of one. A new foam mattress announces itself for a fortnight. Theirs does not, and for a family moving into a finished house that matters more than any specification sheet.
